"X Games:Skateboarding, Moto X" Tonight at 7 on ESPN2. The final day in Los Angeles. Included: skateboarding (park final, street SK8, big-air rail jam and women's street final); Moto X (speed-and-style final). Host: Sal Masekela.

"Rubicon" Tonight at 8 on AMC. Cloak-and-dagger doings about a troubled but brilliant code-cracking intelligence analyst at a federal agency. In the premiere episode, Will (James Badge Dale) considers quitting after an unsettling tragedy, but changes his mind when he discovers evidence of a possible government conspiracy. In a seemingly unrelated incident, a billionaire commits suicide and his wife ponders the reasons why.

"Top 10 Commercials of 2010" Tonight at 8 on TV Guide Network. A countdown of 2010's most memorable commercials.

"Ultimate Air Jaws" Tonight at 9 on Discovery. Observing great white sharks as they breach the waters off South Africa with shark expert Chris Fallows and filmmaker Jeff Kurr. Included: a shark's assault in the span of a second is slowed down to a minute for a detailed look at the predator in action; a small submarine gets close to the sharks.

"Next Food Network Star" Tonight at 9 on Food. The five remaining hopefuls get to prepare their signature dishes, but they must also incorporate their least favorite ingredient. Then, each will prepare a dish inspired by a different emotion and serve it to Eva Longoria Parker and chef Todd English at their L.A. restaurant, Beso.

"Drop Dead Diva" Tonight at 9 on Lifetime. Jane represents a hostile designer who wants to prevent the release of a tell-all book by her former assistant. Elsewhere, Jane asks Hank the bailiff out on a date, and Kim and Grayson handle a property dispute for a transgender woman in a feud with her partner's parents.

"Entourage" Tonight at 10:30 on HBO. Ari courts Jessica Simpson, Aaron Sorkin and Mike Tyson when he senses Lizzie may be plotting against him; porn star Sasha Grey makes a good impression on Vince, who brings her to a meeting with comic-book icon Stan Lee; Drama fears competition from Bob Saget; Turtle thinks Vince could boost his new business.
