"Pro Bowl:From Honolulu" Tonight at 7 on Fox. AFC vs. NFC in the annual NFL all-star game in Honolulu. The game returns to its traditional home, following a year in Miami. Last year, the AFC won 41-34 to tie the overall series at 20-20.

"Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" Tonight at 8 on ABC. A family who lost a teenage daughter in a texting-while-driving accident has a new home built for them. Justin Bieber, Emma Roberts and NASCAR's Carl Edwards and Greg Biffle volunteer.

"Brick City" Tonight at 8 on Sundance. Season 2 opens as Newark, N.J., mayor Cory Booker continues his quest to transform the city while he seeks another term in office. Meanwhile, the police director battles a rash of violent crime and his political enemies; Jayda and Creep start a nonprofit mentoring program; and father-author-gang-member Dashaun "Jiwe" Morris must decide whether to plea-bargain his attempted-murder case or let it go to trial.

"Screen Actors Guild Awards" Tonight at 8 on TBS and TNT. Outstanding film and TV performances are honored at the 17th annual gala from the Shrine Exposition Center in Los Angeles. Ernest Borgnine is slated to receive the Life Achievement Award. Presenters include Alec Baldwin; Jeff Bridges; LL Cool J; Amy Poehler; Rosario Dawson; Hilary Swank; and Betty White.

"The Lost Valentine" Tonight at 9 on CBS. A dogged TV reporter (Jennifer Love Hewitt) finds her own love life changed when she profiles a World War II widow (Betty White) who continues to honor the memory of her Navy pilot husband 65 years after he was declared missing in action.

"Bridalplasty" Tonight at 9 on E! The first season concludes with the two final brides competing and the winner being revealed. The winning lady is then followed during her final plastic surgeries and wedding preparations.

"Kennedys' Home Movies" Tonight at 9 on TLC. An intimate look at the Kennedy family, as captured in home videos over the course of three generations.
