"Good Morning America" This morning at 7 on ABC. Sheryl Crow performs; chef Cat Cora prepares a recipe.

"Smallville" Tonight at 8 on The CW. Clark is unwittingly infected with wish-fulfilling Kryptonite on Valentine's Day. When he tells Lois he wishes they had a more conventional relationship, she moves in with him and begins to plan their nuptials. And Clark has a wish for Chloe as well: to better protect him. She responds by targeting Lois.

"Friday Night Lights" Tonight at 8 on NBC. The team has trouble focusing on the upcoming game; Tami gets involved in a controversial matter; Julie receives an upsetting phone call; Riggins makes a big purchase; Vince wants to end his deal with Kennard; and Luke becomes desperate.

"Wizards of Waverly Place" Tonight at 8:30 on Disney. Justin's favorite comic-book hero, Capt. Jim Bob Sherwood, is magically brought to life by Alex when the two work on writing and illustrating an issue of the comic book.

"Your Chance to Dance" Tonight at 9 on CMT. A dance talent contest premieres with a $10,000 prize on the line.

"Eureka" Tonight at 9 on Syfy. An underappreciated scientist's anger may be contagious as blind rage consumes the staff at Global Dynamics.

"The Pillars of the Earth" Tonight at 10 on Encore and Starz. The premiere of this adaptation of the Ken Follett best seller, set in the 12th century, which chronicles the power struggle to determine the rightful heir to the crown of England. The dispute is between the late king's only legitimate daughter, Maud (Alison Pill), and the king's nephew Stephen (Tony Curran), who has ascended the throne via a mysterious technicality. Against this backdrop, a man of God endeavors to build a glorious cathedral.
