"Tour de France:Stage 3" This morning at 8:30 on VS. Stage 3, a 213km leg from Wanze to Arenberg Porte du Hainaut.

"America's Got Talent" Tonight at 9 on NBC. Acts compete for a slot in the Top 48. Recorded at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

"The Last Lion of Liuwa" Tonight at 9 on Animal Planet. Following the only remaining lioness of Africa's unforgiving Liuwa Plain as she fights to survive.

"Warehouse 13" Tonight at 9 on Syfy. MacPherson absconds with his prize from the warehouse's bronze sector, a car crash puts Mrs. Frederic in the hospital, and Pete and Myka set off for London to gather clues about MacPherson's scheme in the second-season premiere.

"P.O.V." Tonight at 10 on PBS. An incisive examination of land reform in South Africa, which was promised by Nelson Mandela in 1994 to rectify the wrongs of the country's apartheid past but has proved problematic in the years since. The doc tells both sides of the story, focusing on black claimants seeking ancestral lands and white landowners who don't believe they should be penalized for historical wrongs. Among the subjects is Hannes Visser, who was forced to sell his farm and meatpacking plant by the government.

"Rescue Me" Tonight at 10 on FX. Tommy decides to turn over a new leaf. "I am quitting drinking," he announces to the guys (to gales of laughter). He's also under pressure from Janet to do something about Colleen's drinking, and Sheila wants him to get Damien to quit FDNY. Meanwhile, Tommy tells Lou about what he experienced after being shot, and Mike Siletti overhears it. Soon everyone else knows as well.

"Law & Order: Criminal Intent" Tonight at 10 on USA. In the Season 9 finale, Nichols turns to his father (F. Murray Abraham) for help sorting through three suspects implicated in the murder of a real-estate agent.
