"World Cup Kickoff Celebration Concert" Tonight at 8 on ABC. Among those performing in Johannesburg on the eve of soccer's World Cup are Alicia Keys; the Black Eyed Peas; John Legend; Shakira; Juanes; and a collection of popular African artists, including jazz musician Hugh Masekela.

"Friday Night Lights" Tonight at 8 on NBC. Julie and Matt go to a concert and end up making a decision about their relationship. Elsewhere, Riggins and Lyla reunite; Vince uncovers a new talent; and Eric tries to devise a game plan for facing a tough team.

"Stargate Universe" Tonight at 9 on Syfy. Conclusion. A hostage crisis unfolds following an attempt by the Lucian Alliance to seize Destiny, which starts to have ship-wide power fluctuations and blackouts due to its proximity to a binary pulsar in the first-season finale.

"Real Time With Bill Maher" Tonight at 10 on HBO. Queen Noor of Jordan and filmmaker Oliver Stone are interview guests. Panelists: former senator Bill Frist; MSNBC's Rachel Maddow; Newsweek's Jon Meacham.

"Whitest Kids U' Know" Tonight at 10 on IFC. Sketches include "Grandma's Cookies," "My Mouth Stuck Open" and "Alien Autopsy" in the fourth-season premiere.

"Glenn Martin, DDS" Tonight at 10:30 on Nickelodeon. Season 2 opener: Glenn books a spa weekend for himself and Jackie, but the romantic setup is just a cover for a hidden-camera reality show that tries to break up couples.
