"Good Morning America" This morning at 7 on ABC. Diddy and Dirty Money perform in the Summer Concert Series in New York's Central Park. Also: tips on summer products from Mandy Walker of Consumer Reports; a recipe by chef Emeril Lagasse.

"Today" This morning at 7 on NBC. Jonah Hill and Elisabeth Moss; Amy Wilson ("When Did I Get Like This?"). Also: a performance by Justin Bieber; hairstyling tricks; going paperless.

"National Spelling Bee" Tonight at 8 on ABC. The championship rounds of the 83rd annual event in Washington, D.C. The competition began with a record 274 spellers aged 8 to 15. Last year's winner was Kavya Shivashankar from Kansas, who won spelling the word "Laodicean."

"Whale Wars" Tonight at 9 on Animal Planet. The third season opens with Captain Watson leading three ships out of different ports on a campaign against illegal whaling in the Antarctic.

"Stargate Universe" Tonight at 9 on Syfy. Part 1 of 2. Col. Telford reveals a threat to the Destiny from the Lucian Alliance, prompting Gen. O'Neill to launch a preemptive attack on the foes' base.

"Hal Sparks: Charmageddon" Tonight at 10 on Showtime. Actor-comedian Hal Sparks performs a stand-up set from the OC Pavilion in Santa Ana, Cal., where he beefs about America's sacred cows, challenges the idea that men and women are different and riffs on people from rural areas and non-smokers.

"Party Down" Tonight at 10 on Starz. At the annual company picnic, Ron angles for a position at the head office, Casey puts her best foot forward in an effort to excel at all of the competitive events and Roman and Kyle get into it with their archrivals at Val Halla catering.
