"TV's Greatest Surprises: A Paley Center for Media Special" Tonight at 8 on CBS. Jeff Probst counts down TV's 30 biggest surprises, and the memorable moments are commented on by the stars and producers who were involved, including Tina Fey, Ellen DeGeneres, Howie Mandel, Arsenio Hall, Whoopi Goldberg, Julie Chen and Regis Philbin.

"Top Chef: Washington D.C." Tonight at 9 on Bravo. The premiere of Season 7 is served up, with 17 new culinary artisans infiltrating the nation's capital. In their first elimination challenge, they must prepare food fare that best represents themselves and their home region. Chef Eric Ripert is a new series judge.

"MythBusters Top 25 Moments" Tonight at 9 on Discovery. Adam, Jamie and the gang reflect on the series' Top 25 moments.

"Fabulous Beekman Boys" Tonight at 9 on Plan. Green. Josh Kilmer-Purcell and Brent Ridge purchase a farm in upstate New York in a bid to launch an organic lifestyle brand in the opener of the reality series.

"30 for 30" Tonight at 10 on ESPN. "June 17, 1994" recalls O.J. Simpson's infamous car chase and other sports events that took place that Friday, such as the New York Rangers' victory parade; the Knicks-Rockets NBA Finals; the kickoff of the U.S.-hosted World Cup; and Arnold Palmer's last round at the U.S. Open. Directed by Brett Morgen.

"Hot in Cleveland" Tonight at 10 on TV Land. In the premiere of this comedy, three women (Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick) from L.A. on their way to Paris make an emergency landing in Cleveland. They decide to stick around and rent a house with an elderly caretaker (Betty White).

"In Plain Sight" Tonight at 10 on USA. Mary helps her latest witness, a homeless man who's struggling with the program, find his birth parents. But the search could cause more problems than she anticipated. Elsewhere, Scott asks to borrow more money, raising a red flag for Brandi.
