"16 Wishes" Tonight at 8 on Disney. A girl (Debby Ryan) makes a secret wish list to celebrate her 16th birthday and is astonished when they begin coming true, until one desire goes horribly awry and changes everything.

"20/20" Tonight at 9 on ABC. A commemoration of the first anniversary of Michael Jackson's passing (June 25, 2009) includes a profile of the King of Pop; reports on the investigation into his death and how his children are adapting to life without him; a tour of Neverland Ranch; and interviews with Jackson costumers Michael Bush and Dennis Tompkins, and makeup artist Karen Faye.

"Gone Too Soon" Tonight at 9 on TV Guide Network. A look at the last years of Michael Jackson's life incorporates footage from both before and after his death in 2009. Included: previously unseen video and audio of Jackson; and interviews with people who were close to him during his final weeks.

"Party Down" Tonight at 10 on Starz. The Season 2 finale features the return of Constance (Jane Lynch), who is getting married to a well-to-do older gentleman. She hires the gang to work the affair, which leads to conflict between the bride and Lydia, who took her catering job. Meanwhile, Kyle's band, Karma Rocket, is scheduled to perform at the event.

"Merlin" Tonight at 10 on Syfy. In an effort to end Uther's reign, the sorcerer Morgause revives the formidable Knights of Medhir and convinces her half sister Morgana to cast a sleeping spell on the people of Camelot.
