The mother (Jennifer Grey) of a newborn with breathing difficulties and liver failure must make a very difficult decision that could affect her own health as well as her baby's. Meanwhile, Cuddy tells House to hire a woman for his team, and he delegates the task to Foreman and Taub. Cuddy also asks House to babysit her daughter, Rachel, and he and Wilson learn a parenting lesson in the process.
"Monday Night Football:Titans at Jaguars" Tonight at 8:30 on ESPN. Tennessee (3-2) at Jacksonville (3-2) in AFC South play. Chris Johnson and Maurice Jones-Drew head two of the NFL's top running games. Johnson's career-high 228 yards helped beat the Jaguars last season after the Titans' 37-17 loss in Jacksonville.
"Cake Boss" Tonight at 9 on TLC. The Valastros continue their trip around Italy, with a stop in Rome, where the guys are asked to make a cake inspired by a fresco painting for an art collector.
"Bret Michaels: Life as I Know It" Tonight at 10 on VH1. Bret Michaels balances family life and being a touring rock star in this reality series. In the opener, he hits the road for the first time since his brain hemorrhage.
