"Sunday Night Football:Vikings at Packers" Tonight at 8:15 on NBC. Minnesota (2-3) at Green Bay (3-3) in Brett Favre's second return to Lambeau Field. Minnesota and TV ratings were big winners in the teams' two meetings last season, when Favre led the Vikes to two wins over his former team, tossing 7 TDs and no INTs.
"Masterpiece Mystery!" Tonight at 9 on PBS. The witty "Sherlock: A Study in Pink" reimagines the Arthur Conan Doyle sleuth as a "high-functioning sociopath" (Benedict Cumberbatch) in modern-day London who draws potential flatmate Watson (Martin Freeman), an Afghanistan War vet, into his orbit when they're paired together as potential flatmates by a mutual acquaintance. The pair's first case: suicides that stump Insp. Lestrade (Rupert Graves). Watson also meets a mysterious man who calls himself Sherlock's "arch-enemy."
"CSI: Miami" Tonight at 10 on CBS. The man who killed Horatio's wife escapes from prison and goes on a rampage. The CSIs try to determine what he's after and capture him before he kills again.
"Bored to Death" Tonight at 10 on HBO. A poet-limo driver and his wife need Jonathan's help to shore up their relationship; Ray has a meeting with Kevin Bacon.
"Brothers & Sisters" Tonight at 10:01 on ABC. Nora's radio days may be over before they started when an audition pits her against a celebrity doctor (Debra Monk); Kitty decides to jump back into the dating pool with her handyman (Jeremy Davidson) in Ojai.
