"30 Rock" Tonight at 8:30 on NBC. Jack goes before Congress, hoping to use his wiles and charm in a discussion of NBC's merger with KableTown. When a congresswoman (Queen Latifah) pushes for more diversity in the programming, Jack turns to Tracy to develop ideas. Meanwhile, Liz butts heads with her writing staff; and Jenna supports Kenneth's return to the page program. Rob Reiner guest stars.

"Grey's Anatomy" Tonight at 9 on ABC. Derek's estranged sister, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone), visits---and brings with her the issues that led to their estrangement. Meanwhile, the chief notices that Alex hasn't been taking elevators since his shooting, and tries to help; and Meredith and Derek keep trying to ease Cristina back into surgery after her PTSD episode.

"Nikita" Tonight at 9 on The CW. Percy searches for a fugitive operative whose capture could potentially expose Division's secrets, but Michael is suspicious of Percy's motives. Meanwhile, Alex gets caught in Percy's office by Thom as she tries to send a warning to Nikita.

"Fringe" Tonight at 9 on Fox. Olivia is plagued by visions; Secretary Bishop unveils his secret plan to Col. Broyles; the Division races against time to halt a series of catastrophic events.

"The Promise: The Making of Darkness on the Edge of Town" Tonight at 9 on HBO. Interviews and archival footage chronicle the creative process, recording sessions and legal problems that preceded the 1978 release of Bruce Springsteen's fourth album, "Darkness on the Edge of Town." The film is directed by Thom Zimny, and features remarks from Springsteen and his E Street Band mates, including Max Weinberg, Garry Tallent and Clarence Clemons.

"The Mentalist" Tonight at 10 on CBS. Jane spars once again with cult leader Brett Stiles, who tells Jane he has information regarding both Red John and the missing Kristina Frye.

"Jersey Shore" Tonight at 10 on MTV. Snooki and J-Woww decide to make amends with Sam; Vinny pursues two groups of girls; Mike's antics annoy Snooki.
