"Kid in a Candy Store" Tonight at 9 on Food. The making of Halloween treats, including Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkins and chocolate haunted houses.

"Growing the Big One" Tonight at 9 on Hallmark. A Seattle DJ (Shannen Doherty) leaves the city behind to tend to her recently deceased grandfather's farm, which he was in danger of losing to the bank. In order to pay off his debt and save the farm, she decides to enter a local pumpkin-growing contest, which awards the winner a hefty cash prize. She teams up with a neighbor (Kavan Smith) to nurture the seeds, but it's not long until a romance between the two begins to sprout as well.

"Pit Boss" Tonight at 10 on Animal Planet. In the second-season finale, Shorty is hurt during a dog rescue; Ronald and Shorty argue over Ronald's shifting priorities; and Seb's relationship issues escalate.

"24/7 Pacquiao/Margarito" Tonight at 10:30 on HBO. Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito open their respective training camps in the opener of this reality series about the boxers' preparations prior to their super-welterweight clash in Arlington, Texas.

"Brave New Voices 2010" Tonight at 11 on HBO. Young poets from New York, Colorado, New Mexico and California vie for the 2010 Brave New Voices National Youth Poetry Slam Championship in Los Angeles. The competition is hosted by Common and Rosario Dawson, and the judges are Penn Jillette, Talib Kweli, Sanaa Lathan and poets Mayda Del Valle and Beau Sia.
