"NASCAR Racing:Sprint Cup in Richmond" Tonight at 7:30 on ABC. The Air Guard 400 in Richmond. After this race, the top 12 drivers in the standings qualify for the Chase for the Sprint Cup. Virginian Denny Hamlin dominated last year's race, while teammate Kyle Busch has won Richmond's last two spring races. Jimmie Johnson is the only driver to make the Chase in every one of its seven years.
"U.S. Open Tennis:Women's championship" Tonight at 8 on CBS. The women's final is played under the lights in Flushing, N.Y. In last year's championship match, unranked Kim Clijsters, coming off a two-year retirement, beat Caroline Wozniacki in straight sets for her second Grand Slam title.
"iCarly" Tonight at 8 on Nickelodeon. Sam crashes at Carly's after she has a huge blowup with her mother (Jane Lynch), but she proves to be a difficult houseguest. Meanwhile, Freddie regrets videotaping a dangerous criminal in the act.
"America's Most Wanted" Tonight at 9 on Fox. Season 24 opens on the ninth anniversary of the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001, with a review of the attacks and an update on the hunt for surviving perpetrators. Also: a profile of Adnan El Shukrijumah, whom the FBI believes is Al Qaeda's operations chief. El Shukrijumah, a onetime U.S. resident, has been implicated in a 2009 plot to bomb New York City subways. Other featured fugitives include Ervis Mecollari of Waterbury, Conn., who's accused of murdering an octogenarian neighbor in 2008.
"Being Human" Tonight at 9 on BBC Amer. Mitchell learns a shocking truth about Lucy and her involvement in the vampire massacre; Nina returns, forcing George to make a difficult decision; and Annie decides it's time to pass on.
"Fairfield Road" Tonight at 9 on Hallmark. A Boston man (Jesse Metcalfe) with political aspirations goes to Cape Cod after a series of personal setbacks and finds himself becoming involved in a local election. During his stay, he also meets a spunky bookstore owner (Natalie Lisinska), who helps him appreciate the charms of small-town life.
"Sherlock Holmes" Tonight at 10 on Cinemax. Sherlock Holmes (Ben Syder) and Dr. Watson (Gareth David-Lloyd) investigate a shipwreck that coincides with reports of supernatural beasts running amok throughout London.
