September 21, 2010 *spoiler alert*

"Glee" Tonight at 8 on Fox. Season 2 begins with more budget cuts looming and the glee kids reeling from their loss at Regionals. There are new members to recruit, including Sunshine Corazon (Charice) and Sam (Chord Overstreet), but Rachel and Finn don't see eye to eye on them. Meanwhile, McKinley High has a new football coach, Shannon Beiste (Dot Marie Jones), who immediately shows herself to be a threat to both the glee club and the Cheerios.

"Biggest Loser" Tonight at 8 on NBC. In the Season 10 premiere, Bob and Jillian lead community-wide fitness challenges in seven cities as part of the season's "Pay It Forward" theme. During the tests, three contestants from each city compete to win a spot on the ranch.

"NCIS: Los Angeles" Tonight at 9 on CBS. In the second-season opener, an agent vanishes while on an assignment, and the team, along with new liaison Marty Deeks (Eric Christian Olsen), works with the LAPD in a case involving human trafficking in order to find the agent.

"Raising Hope" Tonight at 9 on Fox. In the premiere of this comedy about a new addition to an extended dysfunctional family, 23-year-old Jimmy Chance (Lucas Neff) adjusts to life as a single father following a fling with a violent criminal (Bijou Phillips), but he has some difficulty convincing his parents to take in another mouth to feed.

"Warehouse 13" Tonight at 9 on Syfy. The team chases after an artifact that is more dangerous than they originally thought; Pete's feelings for Kelly are put to the test; Claudia talks to Artie about her future, in the second-season finale.

"Sons of Anarchy" Tonight at 10 on FX. Needing money for guns to keep the Mayans at bay, SAMCRO reaches out to Lyla (Winter Ave Zola) to help Lin with his "party" for clients. Opie has trouble with the idea. Meanwhile, Jax hears that Cameron Hayes is in Vancouver; and Tara visits Gemma, who is having her hands full with her dad (Hal Holbrook) and his caregiver (Monique Gabriela Curnen).

"Detroit 1-8-7" Tonight at 10:01 on ABC. The drama about Detroit homicide detectives opens with the veteran Fitch (Michael Imperioli) and his new partner Washington(Jon Michael Hill) investigating a double homicide at a pharmacy. Meanwhile, an attorney's murder is probed by impending retiree Longford (James McDaniel) and Mahajan (Shaun Majumder), the Americanized son of Indian immigrants.
