"America's Next Top Model" Tonight at 8 on The CW. The 15th season concludes with the winner being announced at panel. But first the final two models receive surprise visits from their parents. The ladies then shoot a cosmetics commercial and pose for a print ad. At the final runway, the girls dress in Roberto Cavalli designs.

"College Basketball:Michigan State at Duke" Tonight at 9:30 on ESPN. Michigan State at Duke in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge conclusion. Guards Durrell Summers and Nolan Smith highlight returnees for these Final Four teams. The Spartans (5-5) and Blue Devils (10-1) have their conference's best records in this event.

"Grammy Nominations Concert Live" Tonight at 10 on CBS. Nominations for the 2011 Grammy Awards are announced in several key categories. LL Cool J hosts the hour, which includes performances by Justin Bieber, B.o.B, Miranda Lambert, Bruno Mars and Katy Perry. Broadcast from Club Nokia in Los Angeles.

"Top Chef: All-Stars" Tonight at 10 on Bravo. Season 8 opens with 18 past contestants returning to compete in New York City-based culinary heats. They are challenged to re-create the ill-fated dish that caused their elimination during their previous stint on the show. Among the returnees: Richard Blais; Tiffani Faison; Spike Mendelsohn; Angelo Sosa; Marcel Vigneron; and Fabio Viviani. Anthony Bourdain serves as a seasonal judge.

"Terriers" Tonight at 10 on FX. Season 1 finale: Still reeling from a tragedy, Hank is running out of both options and time as he struggles to expose the Ocean Beach scandal. Britt, meanwhile, must face the consequences for his rash behavior.

"Psych" Tonight at 10 on USA. Shawn and Gus investigate the drowning of a teenager in a quirky small town after receiving a mysterious email invitation to a local festival. The case takes an odd turn when they discover that the victim had been declared dead years earlier. "Twin Peaks" cast members Sherilyn Fenn, Sheryl Lee and Dana Ashbrook guest star in this tribute to the cult-favorite series.

"Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew" Tonight at 10 on VH1. Season 4 opens with a new batch of celebrities fighting for their sobriety, including Jason Davis, Janice Dickinson, Leif Garrett, Jeremy London, Frankie Lons, Rachel Uchitel and Jason Wahler.
