Gordon Ramsay prepares roasted turkey, pork-apricot-and-pistachio stuffing and cranberry-apple sauce in the premiere of this instructional cooking series, which finds the celebrity chef preparing his favorite holiday dishes at home with his family.
"Fashion Show: Ultimate Collection" Tonight at 10 on Bravo. The designers get a dose of reality-TV drama when they give "make unders" to personalities from the "Real Housewives" franchise. Author and producer Susan Fales-Hill serves as guest judge.
"Explorer" Tonight at 10 on National Geographic. Henry Rollins investigates a so-called "warrior gene" that has been associated with violent behavior. To test the theory, DNA samples are taken from a diverse group, which includes former gang members, MMA fighters, outlaw bikers and Buddhist monks.
