"Survivor: Nicaragua" Tonight at 8 on CBS. The six remaining castaways receive a visit from loved ones.

"Christmas With the Mormon Tabernacle Choir Featuring Natalie Cole and David McCullough" Tonight at 8 on PBS. A Christmas celebration with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, Natalie Cole and author David McCullough. Cole and the Choir sing "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year," and "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing"; McCullough reflects on Christmas memories. Other musical selections include "For Unto Us a Child is Born" from Handel's "Messiah," "Christmas Carols in the Air" and "Angels, From the Realms of Glory."

"Hell's Kitchen" Tonight at 9 on Fox. In the Season 8 finale, the final two chefs must prepare five-course meals to be judged by five L.A.-area executive chefs and food-service executives. The winner receives a head-chef position at LA Market at the JW Marriott Hotel in Los Angeles.

"MythBusters" Tonight at 9 on Discovery. Actor Seth Rogen ("The Green Hornet") helps the team tackle two myths.

"Psych" Tonight at 9 on USA. Shawn hits a low point after bumbling a high-profile case against a crime lord, resulting in the Psych team and Henry's firings. A series of dreams then provides Shawn a glimpse at what Santa Barbara would be like if he had never returned.

"The Defenders" Tonight at 10 on CBS. Nick and Pete defend a troubled former football player arrested for assault. Meanwhile, Pete's father (James Brolin) unexpectedly arrives in town and is charged with grand theft auto.
