"Undercovers" Tonight at 8 on NBC. Steven and Samantha have to abandon their romantic getaway in Greece to help diffuse a hostage situation at a hotel in Tel Aviv. The pair go undercover to start the mission but soon realize the situation is more complicated than they initially thought.

"Dog the Bounty Hunter" Tonight at 8 on A&E. Following Dog and his family on a cross-country trip to promote Dog's book "Where Mercy is Shown, Mercy is Given" and meet fans, many of whom ask for advice or bring troubled family members.

"Modern Family" Tonight at 9 on ABC. When an earthquake strikes, Cameron and Mitchell see a way out of a costume brunch thrown by their friend Pepper (Nathan Lane); Claire is trapped in the bathroom with a plumber; and Manny undergoes a crisis of existential proportions on an outing with Jay.

"Great Performances" Tonight at 9 on PBS. Maestro Gustavo Dudamel leads the Los Angeles Philharmonic and tenor Juan Diego Flórez through a set that includes bel canto arias and Latin American canciones by Rossini, Granda, Lara, Moncayo, Grever, Gutiérrez and Márquez. From the Walt Disney Concert Hall in L.A.

"My Strange Addiction" Tonight at 9 on TLC. The series premiere profiles a woman who eats toilet paper every day and a woman who can't sleep without her blow dryer on her bed.

"Alamo Bowl:Arizona vs. Oklahoma State" Tonight at 9:15 on ESPN. Arizona (7-5) vs. Oklahoma State (10-2) in San Antonio. The Cowboys ride a Big 12 first-team trio of QB Brandon Weeden, RB Kendall Hunter and WR Justin Blackmon. Nick Foles and WR Juron Criner link up well for Arizona, which lost its last four games.

"Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew" Tonight at 10 on VH1. Addicts and their families discuss the role loved ones play in recovery. Elsewhere, Leif Garrett flirts with relapse on a Hollywood outing.
