"Champs Sports Bowl:West Virginia vs. North Carolina State" Tonight at 6:30 on ESPN. West Virginia (9-3) vs. North Carolina State (8-4) in Orlando. The Mountaineers have won four in a row and rank second in the nation in scoring defense, but they have their hands full with N.C. State and QB Russell Wilson (26 passing TDs, nine rushing). West Virginia leads the all-time series 5-4, but the teams haven't met since 1979.

"Rudolph's Shiny New Year" Tonight at 8 on ABC. Red Skelton narrates, while Frank Gorshin and Morey Amsterdam lend their voices to this tale about the reindeer on a mission for Santa. Johnny Marks' score includes the classic “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.”

"Kennedy Center Honors" Tonight at 9 on CBS. Merle Haggard, Jerry Herman, Bill T. Jones, Paul McCartney and Oprah Winfrey are the honorees at the 33rd annual celebration hosted by Caroline Kennedy. Performers and presenters include Julia Roberts, Vince Gill, Jennifer Hudson, Miranda Lambert, Matthew Morrison, James Taylor, Willie Nelson, Brad Paisley, Claire Danes, Sidney Poitier, Sheryl Crow, Alec Baldwin, Chris Rock, John Travolta, Steven Tyler, Barbara Walters, Kris Kristofferson, Norah Jones, Angela Lansbury and Kid Rock.

"Cupcake Wars" Tonight at 9 on Food. Cupcakes are made for Hard Rock Cafe's Pinktober concert event with Melissa Etheridge, aimed at raising breast cancer awareness.

"Girls Who Like Boys Who Like Boys" Tonight at 10 on Sundance. Sahil shares some momentous news with his brother; Crystal and Nathan finally meet to straighten out their touchy situation.

"America's Septuplets Turn 13" Tonight at 10 on TLC. Iowa's McCaughey septuplets, the world's first set to survive infancy, are profiled as they turn 13.

"Hardcore Pawn" Tonight at 10 on TruTV. Les receives an item rumored to communicate with aliens in the second-season premiere. Also: a former adult actor tries to pawn his films, and Seth and Ashley come to blows when a sale goes south.
