"A Home for the Holidays" Tonight at 8 on CBS. The 12th annual event to raise awareness of adoption features musical performances by Katy Perry, Melissa Etheridge, Maroon 5, Ricky Martin and Nelly. Stories include the life of country singer Jimmy Wayne, who lived in foster care as a teen.

"Human Target" Tonight at 8 on Fox. When an ordinary middle-class family is inexplicably targeted for murder, the team takes up residence in the suburbs to investigate. But the holiday season isn't so joyous as Chance and Guerrero go undercover at a stale corporate campus, while Winston joins a book club and Ames supervises a teen party.

"Las Vegas Bowl:Boise State vs. Utah" Tonight at 8 on ESPN. Utah (10-2) vs. Boise State (11-1). Kyle Whittingham's Utes bring a nine-game bowl-winning streak into their final contest before joining the Pac-10 next season. Heisman Trophy finalist Kellen Moore (33 TDs, 5 INTs) heads Boise's potent offense. The Broncos leads the series 4-2.

"Top Ten Monks" Tonight at 8 on HBO2. A profile of the Cistercian monks at the Stift Heiligenkreuz Abbey, a 12th-century monastery near Vienna, who became a worldwide musical sensation after releasing a chart-topping album of Gregorian chant in 2008. Produced and directed by Dana Heinz Perry ("Boy Interrupted").

"Top Chef: All-Stars" Tonight at 10 on Bravo. The chefs prepare a holiday stuffing dish without the benefit of any kitchen tools or knives. Later, they hold court by catering a bash for the U.S. Open tennis tournament.

"Psych" Tonight at 10 on USA. Mr. Yin resurfaces and kidnaps a woman in the fifth-season finale. To gain insight on Yin, Shawn and Gus ask Yang (Ally Sheedy) to help them with the investigation.

"Celebrity Rehab With Dr. Drew" Tonight at 10 on VH1. An escape is planned by Jason Davis and Jason Wahler, but their scheme is foiled.
